You are not required to believe in any religion in order to benefit from Samten.

Instead, you learn to honour yourself, others and the world around you in order to build a sense of compassion, understanding and gratitude that will help you discover genuine, lasting happiness.

In teaching the benefits of meditation and mindfulness, Samten aims to help and unite people across the globe. Meditation increases creativity, reduces stress, improves mental focus, helps us deal with our addictions and teaches us to understand that we are not alone in our journey. We learn to appreciate every moment for the possibility it contains and to always look for the positive.
