Samten is the perfect app for people wanting to learn the skill of meditation and mindfulness or deepen their practice in an authentic way.

Practising daily mediation allows us to deal with negative thoughts and emotions that often cause us anxiety. In reducing these thoughts, the flow of cortisol and adrenaline reduces and our levels of oxytocin increase, flooding us with feelings of unconditional love, calm and security.

I've dipped in and out of mindfulness apps in the past but have found this was one I kept coming back to. Gelong guides some of the sessions himself and introduces other sections which gives the whole program a sense of unity and structure
